Clients' comments for Adam ...

I especially liked the way you connected to participants and treated them with humor yet effective and strong direction. You also incorporated our ‘special wishes’ (change of briefing to reflect leader-selection issues, extra time for de-brief etc.) very well. I felt you and your team listened well to our need for dedicated de-briefing session by our coaches, which was important for the overall learning objective. The transfer of the video files took place without any delay or technical glitch, all groups had ‘their’ films on their computer at INSEAD when they started work (compliments to the efforts of your tech team!!). Although we have to wait until the final evaluations from participants I feel that the learning objectives of the day have been fully achieved!
- Peter Firnhaber, INSEAD

It is one of the greatest programmes I have ever had. It promotes team effort and team work between our colleagues and of course enables us to know each other much better.
